Our team is the heart of the Madison Community Pool.
Each summer, a dedicated group of lifeguards, managers, and support staff work together to provide a safe, friendly, and well-run pool experience for our community.

We are currently in the process of selecting a pool operator for the upcoming season. While that process is underway, we welcome those interested in joining our team to submit a general employment application. Once the operator is identified, applications will be forwarded for review. Stay tuned for updates on timelines and next steps.
