The People Who
Make Summer Happen.

Our team is the heart of the Madison Community Pool.
Each summer, dedicated lifeguards, managers, and support staff work together to create a safe, welcoming, and well-run experience for our community.

We are pleased to share that Loeffler Pools has been selected as the pool operator for the 2026 season. Individuals interested in joining the Madison Community Pool team as a lifeguard are encouraged to apply.

We look forward to another great summer — and hope to see you poolside.
