A Community Tradition.

Built for Summer.

The Madison Community Pool (MCP) has been a summer tradition since 1968.
Founded by local residents as a private, community-focused nonprofit, the pool was created as a welcoming place for recreation, connection, and summer fun. In 2026, ownership and operations transitioned to the Borough of Madison, ensuring the pool remains a vibrant and accessible community resource for generations to come.

Today, Madison Community Pool offers something for everyone.
Members enjoy access to the Main Pool, featuring six 25-meter lap lanes and water-park-style slides, as well as a fenced-in Baby Pool and playground designed for children five and under. Throughout the season, the pool hosts family-friendly events, preteen activities, and community gatherings that bring neighbors together.

MCP is also home to the Barracudas Swim Team and offers group swim lessons for all ages and abilities.
With a focus on safety, skill development, and inclusion, our programs support swimmers at every stage—from first-time learners to competitive athletes.

To support the pool’s future, the Borough of Madison has established a Community Pool Advisory Board.
This volunteer board is dedicated to enhancing operations, strengthening programming, and preserving the Madison Community Pool as a long-valued community asset.
