Madison Community Pool offers birthday party rentals designed to be simple, fun, and hassle-free. With reserved canopies, guest coordination, and a pool full of summer energy, it’s the perfect place to celebrate.
Rental Pricing
Weekdays (Monday–Friday): $200 for up to 3 hours
Weekends (Saturday, Sunday) & Holidays: $400 for up to 3 hours
$100 per additional hour
Deposit
$50 deposit required at booking
Applied toward the total rental fee
Guest Allowance
Weekdays: up to 5 non-member guests included
Weekends & Holidays: up to 10 non-member guests included
Final Payment
Due 7 days before the event
Final guest count due at that time
What’s Included
Reserved canopy in your selected location
One table and six chairs
Birthday shoutout over the PA system
Unlimited MCP members are included, provided they are active members in good standing
Non-Member Guest Allowance
Weekdays: up to 5 non-member guests included
Weekends & Holidays: up to 10 non-member guests included
Additional non-member guests permitted at standard guest rates
Madison non-member guests do not count toward seasonal guest pass limits
Party Coordination
Your party includes coordination with a Membership Manager to help make the day easy and enjoyable, including:
Streamlined guest check-in
Non-member waiver coordination
Day-of liaison support
Canopy reservation and setup coordination
Coordination with the on-site food establishment for catering options
Assistance with Deep Water Tests and wristbands, if applicable
Payment & Booking Details
A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking
The deposit will be applied toward the total rental fee
Final payment is due no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled event date
Final guest count must also be confirmed at that time
Failure to submit final payment and guest count by the deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit
Food
Madison Community Pool encourages the use of the on-site food establishment to enhance the guest experience and support pool operations
Outside food is permitted for a $50 facility fee
Birthday cake and cupcakes are exempt
Cancellation & Weather Policy
Cancellations made fewer than 7 days prior to the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit
If Madison Community Pool closes due to weather or other safety-related conditions, the rental may be rescheduled based on availability
If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued
