We welcome applications for the following positions:
-Lifeguard
- Front Desk
-Kids Club Counselor
-Maintenance
Applicants age 15+ are welcome! CPR/AED certifications are encouraged for all positions, but not necessary. Lifeguards must have a valid/active lifeguard certification at time of application or provide proof of registration in upcoming certification course.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Lifeguard certification must be from a Red Cross accredited program. Please follow this link from the state for certification options https://www.nj.gov/health/ceohs/documents/phss/RecCertList.pdf

MEET OUR TEAM
Anthony Veiga - Manager
Anthony began working at MCP as a manager in 2024. In the off-season, he is a Physical Education and Health teacher at the Madison Junior School. He coaches lacrosse for the high school and Mad Dog club lacrosse. He holds certifications in CPR/First Aid/AED and is a Certified Pump Room Operator (CPO).
Maddie Mcdole - Assistant Manager
Maddie began working at MCP in 2016. She started out at the front desk and joined the management team as an Assistant Manager in the summer of 2020. Maddie holds certifications in CPR/First Aid/AED. During the off-season, Maddie is a full-time student attending Seton Hall University, majoring in Occupational Therapy.

Carmine DeCaro, Assistant Manager
Carmine is a lifelong resident of Madison who has served the community in many ways. He was a Madison Police Officer for 28 years, a softball coach, CAS PTO Dad, and much more. Carmine will be at MCP this summer as an assistant facility manager.
Wendy DeCaro, Membership Coordinator
Wendy began working at Madison Community Pool in 2018. She has been our membership coordinator and staff benefit administrator. This summer, you will see Wendy at the pool on a daily basis as she will be involved with the Summer Kids Program. She holds certifications in CPR/First Aid/AED. During the off-season, Wendy can be found at Central Ave School as an ABA paraprofessional and at BAASC's before/aftercare program.
