Applicants age 15+ are welcomed! CPR/AED certifications are encouraged for all positions, but not necessary. Lifeguards must have a valid/active lifeguard certification at time of application or provide proof of registration in upcoming certification course.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

MEET OUR TEAM
Gil thompson- General Manager
Gil Thompson has served as General Manager of MCP since 2010. He holds certifications in Certified Pool Operator (CPO), Firefighting, and CPR. During the off season, Gil is an Art Teacher in the Linden School District. A 2007 graduate of Lycoming College, he was a double major in Art with a minor in Psychology. He earned his Masters in Educational Leadership from Centenary University in 2017.
Casey Reeve - Manager
Casey began her career at MCP in 2004 as a lifeguard and then became a Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certified to teach swim lessons. In 2015, Casey joined the management team as an Assistant Manager. Casey holds certifications in lifeguarding, CPR/First Aid/AED, and Certified Pool Operator (CPO). Casey’s primary focus is managing the lifeguard department and scheduling and running services to keep MCP safe. On top of working at the pool, Casey works year-round as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Somerset County.
Maddie Mcdole - Assistant Manager
Maddie’s began working at MCP in 2016. She started out at the front desk and joined the management team as an Assistant Manager in the summer of 2020. Maddie holds certifications in CPR/First Aid/AED. During the off-season, Maddie is a full-time student attending Seton Hall University majoring in Occupational Therapy.
