Meet our Team & Staff
The Madison Community Pool is overseen by a volunteer Board of Trustees that is governed by its by-laws and managed by a pool staff. Members of the Board of Trustees volunteer their time to work year round on overseeing with operations, capital improvement, management, membership and planning for the upcoming season.

2019 will be Gil's eighth season as Manager of the Madison Community Pool. He holds certifications in Certified Pool Operator (CPO), Firefighting and CPR. Off season, Gil is an Elementary Teacher in the Sparta school district. A 2007 graduate of Lycoming College, he was a double Major in Art with a minor in Psychology. He received his teaching certificate at the College of St. Elizabeth. He is currently holds a masters in Educational Leadership.
