non-Resident Memberships
Non-Madison Resident membership shall be defined as follows:
There shall be the same (3) levels of membership for Non-Madison Residents - Family, Individual and Senior. Non-Madison Resident memberships will be limited.
Membership fees for non-Madison members will be at a premium, higher than fees charged to Madison residents, as determined by the Board of Trustees from year to year.
Non-Madison Resident membership shall be open to all non-residents on a first come-first served basis.
Previous year’s NMR memberships shall automatically renew if payment is received by April 15th of the current year. If payment is not received by April 15th, the membership application shall be handled on a first-come first-served basis with first time NMR applicants.
The number of Non-Madison Resident memberships shall be reviewed by the Board of Trustees annually to insure Madison residents have priority regarding becoming members.
Non-Madison Resident members shall carry with them no voting rights in the Corporation.
Non-Madison Resident members shall have the rights of membership and shall be subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Corporation.
Non-Madison Individual Memberships are not allowed to bring other household members as their guests.
Family
Family Membership is defined in this exerpt from Article III of the MCP By-Laws:
A husband and/or wife and/or domestic partner, and all children residing in the same household who are under the age of twenty-six(26) and fully dependent on the head of household for their support and maintenance
Unmarried family members who are serving in the Armed Forces of the United States.
Parents of either or both the husband and/or wife who reside with and are dependent for support, upon either the husband and/or wife.
A Fresh Air Fund child or other charitable ward residing with the family.
Unmarried family members over the age of twenty-six (26) years who are considered helpless in that they are unable to pursue gainful employment sufficient to allow them to support themselves and who therefore remain fully dependent on the head of the household for their support and maintenance.
Family Membership does not include:
Siblings, cousins, or nieces and nephews of the adult members, regardless of residency.
Visiting relatives, regardless of length of stay.
A divorced spouse.
For convenience, any of the above can be added to a family membership as a “babysitter” for the posted fee.

End of Season Fee (Join After July 31) - $400

Individual
Individual Membership is defined in these exerpts from Article III of the MCP By-Laws:
Any person over the age of fifteen (15) years shall be eligible for membership in the Corporation.
Individuals between the ages of fifteen (15) and eighteen (18) need parental consent.
An individual membership shall be defined as any individual as defined [above] and not included in the definition of family.

Senior
Senior Membership is defined in this exerpt from Article III of the MCP By-Laws:
A senior citizen membership shall be deemed as an individual person who is sixty-two (62) years of age or older
Note:
Senior Memberships can be combined with Individual Memberships in the same household
Having a senior within a family does not reduce the cost of a Family Membership
