Electronic payments may be made by adding the Madison Community Pool as a vendor in the bill pay feature of your own checking account. Payments should be directed to the PO Box.
Join / Renew in Person
If you join during the pool season, you may pay in person at the front desk. Credit cards are accepted at the front desk
Points of information:
All residents are given opportunity to join the pool. Information regarding the pool is distributed with February's electric bill. The Borough of Madison permits the MCP insert in their mailing as a courtesy. The Borough does not fund, operate, receive payment, or answer questions regarding the pool.
MCP reserves the right to limit the number of resident members, but historically this right has not been exercised.
There is no notification given when the registration form is processed.
New members must pay a capital assessment fee.
There is a limit to the number of non-residents permitted to join the pool.
New applications are considered on a first-come first-served basis.
There is notification given if the application is not accepted.
Previous year's Non-Resident memberships automatically renew; however, if payment is not received by April 15th, the membership application will be handled on a first-come first-served basis along with new applicants.
All active members are sent a membership package in February, either via e-mail or US Mail.
When membership has lapsed 2 years, renewal notice is no longer sent; residents with lapsed memberships are required to pay the capital assessment fee again upon rejoining.
